Welcome to eGIS 2.0 Help!
During the summer of 2009, we proudly released the first version of our ArcGIS Server and Flex-based website for local and county governments. At 39°N, we take customer and public feedback seriously. After the first version was released, we began collecting feedback from our user base so we could improve the website. We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has allowed interviews, submitted emails, or called us to discuss enhancements so that we could provide you with a website that would help you maximize your time and make finding information easy.

eGIS 2.0 is an online Geographic Information System (GIS) designed for optimizing the analysis, visualization, and retrieval of geographic data. A geographic information system (GIS) represents real world objects (parcels, roads, land use, elevation, etc.) with digital data. GIS technology can be used to search for properties , zoom to intersections , view property report cards , lookup property tax data , and other purposes.
Some of the new enhancements made to eGIS have been: the addition of being able to search for multiple properties using our property search tool; a more robust search for previous real estate sales; the ability to search by section, township and range; and the ability to see changes over time by using the aerial photography slide bars. We also hope you will notice the difference in speed of the website as we have spent numerous hours optimizing the network and the behind the scenes programming to deliver a website that will run fast and efficiently.
We are still collecting feedback on the site so that we can incorporate more tools and searches into eGIS 2.0. If you have ideas for the future, just click on the envelope icon and send us a message we would love to hear from you. We have created a help document to help you find what you are looking for, if you still have questions or need assistance after reviewing the help then just send us an email with the email icon and we will get back to you in less than 24 hours.
Enjoy the website and let us know what you think!
Sincerely,
The 39°N Team
